Adarsh Palm Retreat Phase 3

Although I have seen many negative reviews on Adarsh builders, I am kind of enamored by their apartments, and am thinking to invest in Adarsh Palm Retreat Ph 3 @ ORR. Would like to know whether that’s a good property to invest in. The price is high too – 4245 psft, but I’ve been told that these are very competitive going with the present rates

Never take a risk of buying their property at Palm Retreat. Please do your home work/research before spending whole lot of your money (probably life time savings). You will find a plenty of evidence on internet that their lands are not clean and hence they do not get the approvals for years. There are a lot of other reputed builders around and their record is clean…
Please see some videos on you tube…The do all illegal things. Please be aware of this and spread the words. I am a victim of this.
