Hi We have already booked an Apartment in Mana Seldon,  we have checked the docs with a reputed advocate, the location is very good opposite Wipro, roads connect to Electronic city, ITPL and Belandur. Schools are near by. And the price is very competitive compared with the other builders. So we were very happy and booked our flat.

I am also interested, does any one has any idea about builder.

hi, we also just booked a 2bhk with mana seldon.  If you are aware of a owners forum for mana seldon, can you please point me to it ?, else we could start something on that lines :).. One concern that i have is that the construction agreement has a clause, that says the builder retains the ownership of the terrace even after the construction is complete, and owners association takes control of everything else.  Is this a common clause amongst all developers in bangalore ?
