SJR Group or other reputed developers in marathalli area

hi, i’m lil confused with the prestige tranquility area & now also checking in around marathalli. i saw in your blog many people discussing abt SJR avalon, but i dont see your personal comments about this project. Not sure on previous projects of SJR group? What are your thoughts about them? Are they classy & maintain all the amenities promised? ALso in this area are there any new projects in pre-launch with good prices, i see avalon is about 2900+/sqft. Looks a good price in this area. I could not search by area in your website & hence unable to figure out which other projects are in closeby area with similar facilities & similar or better prices. Please suggest.

No doubt Marathahalli is a good area. I don’t recommend any project so my comments are limited to my views about the plus points or concerns of a project. The comments on the project will give you a better idea of the opinion by several users and the poll on the page should give you an impression on whether people consider the project a worthy investment.
Please use the tag cloud at the right side bar to check all projects in an area. However its not too specific in the area names. You can also use the Search box on the top right for keywords.
Amara Courtyard is one project in the Marathahalli area where I saw some interest.
