Development on NH4 has just crossed KR Puram and there are hardly any projects between KR Puram and Budigere Road (International Airport Raod from East Bangalore) except for Pashmina Waterfront, Brigade Exotica and Prestige Tranquility, some recent launches which have brought focus to this stretch.

With the completion of the NH travel time between KR Puram and Hoskote has been reduced to a few minutes and yes this is good news, but the project you mention is just too far away, I have travelled to my home town in the Chintamani roads for the last 15 years and there has been hardly any development. I have my doubts of any appreciation in any projects coming up after Hoskote and not adjacent to the NH. I am sure progress in development between KR Puram to Hoskote itself will definitely take another 3 – 5 years or maybe more.
