info needed on confident antila VI

Hi,

I am considering buying a plot in Confident Antila VI on Sarjapur-Attibele road size 1500 Sq Ft, Confident marketing guy is quoting me Rs 2090 per sq ft, Is this a reasonable price? I am a newbie,  Hence not sure whether one can bargain on price with major builder like confident.. Any info on this layout would be welcome, From googling, I found that the pre-launch price a year back was Rs1600 per sq ft. Does such a hike in pirce after one year seem reasonable?

Hi..
I stayed in that area for 1year.It will take 5 years down the line to develop and become liveable area..Rs.2090/sqft is too high.,,and again it’s my personal thought …
