Hi. i’m looking for an apartment in btm 2nd stage around udupi garden area (may be few kms diameter). Since the tiers 1/2 developers could be too expensive in this area i was looking for some lower tier developers who could provide decent construction with basic amenities like security, water, a small gym may be..i came across this property called parivar residency in this locality which suits my budget of around 35lakhs. any comments on this developer? they have few constructions in bilekahalli, BG Road area. any inputs appreciated. Also if you know of any apartment complex in near completion state in this area (near ring road in & around silk board), please suggest. Thanks!
