Interesting location, some projects in vicinity include Zonasha Retreat (2900/- per sft), Skylark Arcadia Villas (1.5 crores +), Ani EcoZone. Good if price can be negotiated.

There is a new Villa plots called Origin Harmony Grooves at Seeghalli K R Puram  near to Zee Mont Ford School is launched… Do you have any idea on this developer Origin as I am unable to get any info the builder said they have done 7 such project in Bangalore and this is the 8th Project

Any info on this project & Builder would be highly appreicated

hi all, its nice to see this site & happy to see lots of suggestions from so many peopler. thanks alot to the moderator.

coming directly to the point,i’ve a query on “Origin Harmony Grooves at Seeghalli K R Puram  ” 1.5 km from Old madras road.  Today i visited the site &  builder is quoting 1900 / SFT  & DC converted A katha.  BBMP limit, ward no : 53, survey no : 12/2.

This is the first time buying property, so need your suggestion & help about this project how good it is & is it better to prefer to buy or not. the way builders speaks is just like buy some thing in FIXED price shop. He is saying he has 15 project in bangalore & i’m not able to find not even 1 in any websites. so bit surprise how genuine the project is !!!!!!

But i’m seeing lot of people are just buying not sure whether they have done verification or not. more over builder is saying all banks like ( LIC, canara, DLF housing finance) giving loans & we need to pay 30% down payment for registration. Really much confused what kind of deals is going on!!!!

can some one suggest me your view & any information on this project. I’m very much thankful if some one give me a right suggestion.

I am also waiting for the response on “Origin Harmony Grooves” villa plots.

Venkat and Pavan.. thanks for using the Q&A section, I would have preferred if you posted it as a new question instead of adding it here and we would have also got an update when an answer was posted. In general I have not heard about the project you mention, but to me 1900 for DC converted looks a little expensive, but if you are really sure that its an ‘A’ Khatha and can get it verified with a lawyer then maybe its worth the price. I know that I seriously had pursued a site with B Khatha for about 1600/- but much closer to Devasandra, KR Puram but gave up since I felt the right price for a B Khatha was about 1300/- then.

I visited their property today (on may11 , 2012) and I was told that land is not A Khata and they do not have land transfered in their name.

Not sure what you had been told.
