I am planning to buy a 3bhk flat in parimala sunridge, varthur road. Is it worth to buy the flat here?

Eventhough he is not a big builder, i feel the location is very good as it bang on the main road of varthur.

Hi All, I have booked a 3 BHK Flat…Builder seems to be nice…lets hope for positive things in future…i have visited near about 30-40 projects and compared those on various parameters….finally came to a conclusion of bokking this flat becoz of many reasons like location,current Sqft rate in that area,future resale value,metro connectivity in future,direct Airport and Majestic,MG Road buses from this location and last but not the least closer to major IT companies……

The master plan looks nice but room sizes are too small. Location is also very good but no information about the builder.

Agree with Abhishake. I don’t have any details on the builders background. Please check previous projects of the builder for quality issues. Even if not a big builder the price and location make it a good investment.

hi  I have seen the location its on the mainroad opp to bhagini restaurent. They are quoting 3800/- Group buy should be better.

Hi All

I have also booked an apartment in Parimala and scheduled to sign an agreement in 2-3 days.Wanted to get few information:

1)Did anybody get the documents verified .

2)As per builder,project is approved by SBI.Did anybody get the loan approved by SBI and by which branch.Once a loan is approved by a bank branch for one of the apartments ,I beleive the processing time of loan for other appts in the same branch becomes faster.Also,it ensures that the documents of the project are as per regulations.

3)Any other issue anyone came across related to project or builder or documents.Also,if anyone thinks anything inappropriate in builder’s normal agreement template and they got it modified befoe signing.

Did anyone book an apartment in this project? I wanted to check the quality of builder (Vishnupriya group) . I visited few of their previous constructions..Parimala Sunrise, Parimala Elite , Parimala Winsome.. even < 5 yr old buildings had lots of cracks visible from outside and finish wasn't so great. Confused what to do..

I am seriously thinking to buy an apartment in this project. I am concerned about some of the reviews regarding the quality of the old projects.
