Guys,
Need your help. Can some one help me with the current status of litigation of this project. Is it resolved or is still on? Can’t trust marketing folks.
Thanks.
Hi,I had been to prestige office recently to view the court order copy which states that what ever the matter was pending has now been resolved and dismissed the court.
Hi Ranjit,
Do you know the latest on the litigation? is it resovled. Your help is appreciated. Thanks.
All,
Please be careful with prestige builder. There are couple of projects are in trouble and folks who invested there are in dissopointed state.
1 never ever believe prestige marketing folks. I can assure you , they are 200 % liers.
2. Don’t believe on prestige project contact persons. They are paid sweet talks. Komal always lies.
3. If the project is not approved by SBI, don’t even talk to marketing folks.
4. If you already booked prestige apartment, don’t pay any money without seeing SBI approval.
Hi Anand, Thanks for your feed back , which bank are you applying for your loan , i approached LIC and they are far more convenient and faster in processing the loan , I recommend you also to approach LIC as it is also a nationalized company and follow the similar concept of funding what SBI does.
LIC was also stringent earlier but now they seem to be satisfied with silver crest papers .good luck for your search.
Can u pls share the projects with issues which may help us not look at…

hi
I too have booked a flat last week , a 2 bhk. Location and builder brand name were the plus points for me…
would like to join in a owners group in case anybody is creating one.
I heard that prestige has aquired quite a good big land in Gunjur/Varthur. Any idea on this project?
@new_to_SC at what price u have booked the flat?
@Ananya – I dont know abt any new projects in Varthur. If you find out let me know
@Rashi – booked at 4300 – 🙁 .. but i talked to prestige reps and looks like 2BR is sold out .. I think having only 122 flats is making it move fast.
In comparison to Prestige Park View in Whitefield, how well or poorly does this project compare? Any ideas about how attractive the pricing and location is of this project?
Iam thinking of booking here , my concern was the big Cell Phone towers right adjacent to the property that is hazardouws to health, any body sharing the same concern, any plans to remove these.
Yes, teh price has been revised upwards at 4300+….i did not know about the cell phone towers, till you mentioned. But people are still buying it seems…yesterday i asked for availbility units and they told me 2 bedrooms are sold out and 3 bedrooms they gave me list of very few available units. All i am wondering is it true that so many units or sold out or are they waiting to increase price again and then release more units. What do you think regardinh towers, can that be dangerous?
http://www.liveindia.com/news/radiation3.html, cell phone towers major cause for cancer
Harsha,
Did you book a unit in PSC?
I am intrested in this property. Kindly suggest if it is worth buying this @rate 4150 per sq ft?
I went and saw the site today saw two big cell phone radiation towers on the opp side of the site that are hazardous, any plans to remove these this will not be good for the residents and their families
I checked with the prestige sale person and he told me that the main entrance road will come later. So the main entrance road will be constructed during the project. For me the concern was the water, as appoach is just 200 mts from ORR.
I too had shared the same concern. I spoke to the builder and also did some research on my own. Cauvery water has not yet reached the area and these areas depend on bore water. Prestige will be digging bores for the residents in this PSC project With the current and future developmental activities happening here it should take just few years for the pipes lines to reach here.
Today water woes are at every location and with burgeoning population this is only going to increase. I see many big apartment complexes dependency on tankers even today.
Again as the project has only 122 units sharing water among residents in this project with bore wells in place should not be a problem.
i went to the site. my only concern is on the approach road. it’s not clear how the main entrance will be “linked’ with the main road.
Anybody booked in this? Is it worth for 4150? Any chance of getting cavery water here?
@vijay i have booked in this property just few days ago. regarding approach road prestige will be building the same for linking it to the main road. All big builders ensure that the approachability to the main roads are taken care of.
@Manju harsha has already answered this question. compaed to Nitesh capecod and sunnyside which are much inside this is def value for money considering the location.
I have booked in this property over the weekend for 4150/sqft. I think today they have increased the rate to 4250/sqft.
I booked a flat here mainly because of the location and pricing ( compared to Cape cod/ Sunny side ). Since the number of flat is only 122 and no other significant projects near that area – water should not be a major issue. Also, there is hope of cauvery water as pipeline is being laid out at near by areas such as Intel . I enquired some locals and found that drilling borewell will result in water unlike some areas in whitefield / Sarjapur road which r dry.
hi arun,
reg the news about the cell phone towers pls note that –
– the whole city today is sitting on such towers. At some places there are not only cell towers there are boosters etc.
– these towers are right in the middle of residential areas, IT office areas etc for connectivity. Towers are going to be erected at many areas. If these towers are not built how will you get connectivity to your mobiles??. Also how much time do u spend outside the house. Tomorrow if there is a tower that is going to be erected near your office would you wudnt change your oficie rught?
– Research shows that the cell phone you carry in your pocket emits rediations. Which of us have stopped carrying one, post this news.
You cant have a great location , A+ builder, Great ROI potential n expect the building to be near the sea or mountain away from all kind of mad made hassles. Something or other will be there…
Regarding cauvery water refer below link:
Cauvery IV Stage II Phase to supply water by end of this year

Read this article, this will give you insights on living close to a cell phone tower, its a major cause of cancer
http://www.liveindia.com/news/radiation3.html
Arun,
i do appreciate and understand your point that there are many “research and studies” on this being done and world over EM radiation effects is a debatable topic.
But as i stated earlier forget just cell radio towers the cell phone that you carry in your pocket is a major cause of cancer as per similar “research papers.”
Read below links that say cell phone usage causes cancer.
http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/Risk/cellphones
http://www.nytimes.com/2011/04/17/magazine/mag-17cellphones-t.html?pagewanted=all
http://www.iarc.fr/en/media-centre/pr/2011/pdfs/pr208_E.pdf
the link you posted also says
” The American Cancer Society’s web site states that “because the [cell tower] technology is still relatively new, we do not yet have full information on health effects.” However, the organization also noted there was “no known evidence of a link between low-level emissions and cancer.”
According to the Federal Government, no studies have shown conclusive evidence that radio frequency emissions, a form of electromagnetic radiation (EMR), from cell towers are harmful.
The Food and Drug Administration states that, “RF [Radio frequency] exposure on the ground is much less than exposure very close to the antenna and in the path of the transmitted radio signal. In fact, ground-level exposure from such antennas is typically thousands of times less than the exposure levels recommended as safe by expert organizations. So exposure to nearby residents would be well within safety margins.”
So do we stop using them ?? Well call is for an individual to take i guess ….
