Nitesh Cape cod Booking

Did anyone booked a Flat in Floor #s 11, 12 in Nitesh Cape Cod. As per the builder he does not have permissions
as of now and not selling them. I was interested in those floors but may have to book something in lower ones.
Let me know if that is not the case.

I have not booked it on those higher floors but I was given couple of options in B / E towers
