This is Rupesh. I am planing to buy a flat near outer ring road and are preferred is Doddenekundi and Mahadevapura. I wanted to know if there are any new projects or pre launch residential projects in this stretch? Also i am looking out for 2 BHK apartments.

I know SJR unity and SJR avalon are 2 projetcs in doddenekundi at this point which are already charging around 45- 47 Lac.

My budget is around 40 Lac and looking for possession in 2014.

Please let me know if there are any new upcoming projects(from a trusted builder) so that i can start hunting
