Need info on Abhyudaya Residency

I need some information and your thoughts on Abhyudaya’s new project Abhyudaya Residency.
There was a court case on the land but the builder says that they have the matter resolved and
they have a “Schedule” for the case (I didnt get what that meant).
– Can you please provide some inputs on this?
– How we can verify that the case has been permanantly closed and there are no legal hassles with the property?
Also There will be no BMRDA approval. The builder has applied for DC conversion but not yet obtained it. Although he is telling that he will get the approval in 15 days.
– Can this be trusted?
– Is no BMRDA approval OK?

Dear Sir,
You are spot on in your assessment of Abhyudaya Developers. We have done further research on this property through our lawyer.
The Abhyudaya residency is on a land, where the original owner was granted possession by the court, but this chikamuniyappa (from whom power of attorney has been taken) forcefully occupied the land and appealed the lower court ruling.
The matter is now in the high court and is awaiting judgement.
I will dig out more details and get back soon to the interested buyers.
Till then buyers beware & ask them for the legal clearance for this property.

Our lawyer has dug out the pending high court case related to this land.
It is RSA3082/2007. Kindly ask your advocate to check this case before putting down any money as advance for this site.
The judgement was not in favor of Chikamuniyappa from whom the developer has taken only Power of Attorney as he cannot register the site legally.
Buyers please beware and make your own due diligence.
