Thanks for using the Q&A section. I have not heard of this builder. Did you visit the builder’s past projects, you can check with some of the owners there to get an opinion. Of course hopefully you will get to meet other people soon on this site who do know more about the project.
Personally I wouldn’t mind going with a smaller developer if its an already developed locality
