Info needed about Sonesta Meadows, Thubarahalli (Near Kundanahalli gate)

Hi All,

I am planning to book a 2BHK flat at Sonesta Meadows. Project plan / Amenities are looking good. Does anyone has booked flats here ? How is the credibility of the builder ?  How is location-wise ? What is your opinion on this ?

I am also planning to buy a flat at Sonesta Meadows.  Can you kindly help on below queries:

1. Is it preapproved bu SBI?

2. Did u get OC (occupancy certificate) ?
