Apartments near Sarjpr Rd or Whitefield – budget 40L

Hi,

I’m looking to buy a 2 or 3 BHK apartment near Whitefield or Sarjapur Road. My budget is around 40L (+/- 3lacs).

Can you please suggest some good options. My preferences are:

  • Big 2BHK rather than a small 3BHK
  • Not more than 15 mins drive to main road. For eg. Harlur road or Hosa Road (Sarjapur Road end) is okay
  • This is not an investment option. Want to live there.
  • Ready-to-move in OR will be ready in 6-8 months.

I’m new to Bangalore. So your help will be much appreciated.

I am sure there are some projects from smaller builders that would fit your budget, unfortunately I don’t have the details. The only one I can suggest is Confident Atik Enclave towards Sarjapur village. Should fit your criteria but not sure if you will reach the main road by 15 minutes.
