I am looking for low budget apt (b/w 20-25L)  near electronic city-chandapura circle.  If any body suggest which will be a good option b/w Icon honey pool, vakil whipering woods residences and shri diya aster.  I like to know pro and cons and builders reputations etc. plz. help
