Review about Shri Diya Builders

Hi,
i am planning to visit the Shri Diya Aster project which is coming up by Shri Diya Builders. Could you please suggest me abou the builder? how safe is it for me to go ahead.

I read good about the Shridiya’s Viola project at Sompura gate in web site. I also like to know their reputation because they have only one on going project at sompura gate. Buyers (viola) forum gave good reviews about the builders and progress. I personally visited aster site near chandapura circle. They are offering 21oo sft and look like can reduce another 50 to 100 INR. If you are visiting and willing to book the apt then let me know. In between I will try to gather more info abt the builders if you come acrooss any kind of review then also let me know.

Dear friends,
ShriDiya builder is very arrogant and no respect to the customers. Shridiya MD not approachable.
I bought the project in 2011 and now it is 2016, so it is almost 5 years and the builder has not completed the project. Lift is still not installed and builder is keep delaying it saying that 6 month 6 months.
the project has got 5 blocks and he started giving possession of ABC block without completing the amenities. This builder is real fraud and cheap. Even though the amenities are not functional , no swimming pool, no powerbackup , builder has charges 3000 rs per moth for the maintenance.
For registration he has taken 50000 bribe. Those who have taken possession are struggling to get the maintenance work. No maintenance staff has been appointed for the project even though maintenance started. All people starting from MD to marketing and engineer not listening to the customer queries. For small small maintenance work they keep delaying for months. One big thing is that kitchen sink TAPS are not provided and possession has been given. people are waiting for months for getting the kitchen TAP fixed, builder is just saying order has been given and it would be fixed.
So guys, please we ware and never buy from this builder otherwise you will loose your piece and money. This is my recommendation.

I am planning to purchase a flat in the D/ B Block. Do you think it is still a bad idea. The project is good location wise, how did you get the occupancy certificate? You are not supposed to get it until the builder gets the completion certificate right. He has to get a separate electricity connection for each house, then clearance from the fire department and this is probably after the installation of the lift. Just curious.
