Max marvell or Max meadows

Hi,
I am looking for a residential plot purely for the investment purpose. I have visited few properties from Maxworth realtors like Max marvell phase 3 and Max Meadows which are on the Doddaballapur road near Rajankunte. They say Max marvell phase 3 is BIAPPA approved and they have acquired the land and development is under progress and will take another 6 months for registration. Where as Max meadows is just next to the proposed IRR road which connects to the New airport and is in the process of getting the BIAPPA approval. They are quoting 650 per sq. feet for Marvell and 1350 for meadows. I am bit confused as to which one to go for. Can you please suggest which one should be the best for investment purpose (upto 5 to 10 years). Max marvell is bit interior and Max meadows is just next to the high way and the proposed IRR road. What should be the ideal price for these two if I want to buy for investment purpose ? Please any one suggest.

I also checked these properties and I feel that properties rates in Dodaballapur is verymuch inflated. For meadows 1350/- looks expensive. For a pure residential purpose Max marvel looks good to me. Adjacent to it ITC housing colony and Telecom society layout is coming up. I guess it will be a good investment as a residential property only if that land title is clear. I heard that it is not yet BIAPPA approved and it will take another 3-4 months for registration. Please check before investing money.

Would like to know more about this Max Marvel, even I have heard about the III Phase and they are telling that the same will be BIAAPA approved. Have you purchased a plot there? Now what is the status? We a group of people like to purchase plots there. Can you throw some light?

We purchased site 209 NE facing in Meadows long back 2012 Sep.. Waiting for approvals and registration… any idea if land is converted and Approved ?
