Has anyone booked apartment in Parimala Trinity? They were quoting around 3500 psf.

They have good history and amenities are good. The area is near Panathur village, outer ring road.

I have visited this project last week end. This looks me good and accessible too. I am going to buy in next  2-3 days . can anybody share the feed back.
