What’s your budget? Why not go for a BDA layout like BSK 6th Stage FE?

2K- 2.5K / s.ft is my budget. I feel BSK is too far away from my work. Right now i am working in ITPL. if its closer to Outer ring road (ORR) or easy access to ORR is my preference. But i come to know good layout, its ok for me.
