I was searching flats in and around outer ringroad. ie behind JP Morgan, Doddanekundi, Mahadevpura

etc.I have gone to many small builders and am posting the feedbacks. There are a few upcoming Buildings

in JCR layout behind JP Morgan. All are quoting around 42-47lacs(includes everything) for 2BHK. The

problem is they show the super-builtup area as 1200sq ft but the carpet area is merely 700-750 sq feet.

Similar problems I found near Mahadevpura(Opp to more megastore) , few builders were quoting 37-45 lacs

but the carpet area is small almost 60% of the super builtup area. After many a visit to these areas I am

planning to buy flats from reputed builders even if I have to pay 15-20 lacs more.
