Mantri Alpyne – Requesting feedback on pricing

Hi Folks,

 

This is my first post on HarshaSagar, this is a great place for finding review and other useful information!

I have a question about Mantri Alpyne in Banashankari 5th Stage – this project was launched last year and has some flats available, but the quoted price is Rs 3690/per sq feet. Is the price high for this location? I was told that the pre-launch price was Rs 800 less than this, so I am wondering if this is the peak of appreciation for this property?

 

Any suggestion would be really appreciated!

No, i havent bought any unit in this apt yet…how about you? Did you check the going psf rate?

hey guys.. i have booked a 3bhk  flat in mantri alpyne.. the project is really good.. and what u said is true. i booked it when it was Rs2790 per sq.ft.. now the pricing is 4190 n its still worth it.. go for it if ur plannin to buy
