Can you please let me know the average cost/sft of an apartment in whitefield area. Is it a wise

investment to spend 3200/sft near to whitefield forum mall?  Total apartment cost would be 45lakhs

(1205 sft). Please also let me know what are all the things to be taken care before i purchase an apartment
