Hi Team, I am planning to buy a site in the above mentioned layout. (http://www.millenniagroup.net/millennia_burgendy.html). Project is said to be approved by BIAPPA. I have checked the Layout Details like layout no in BIAPPA site. It does exist.
This project is funded by LICHFL who want loan.
This project is in rajanukunte on the way to madhura temple main road. 4kms from the bus stop of rajanukunte. Any growth prospects in this area?
Can you please guide me on what needs to be taken care incase of purchasing this layout.
Can we just consider if LICFHL is releasing the Loan all the preliminary checks will be done by them or do we need to have due diligence on all the documents.
Any help in guiding this would be much appreciated.

Hi Guys, I have posted the Query and now I have got the answer to it. We need to have a thorough review of the Legal Documents by self/independent lawyer before we do go to any loan either through LICFHL.
At the end of the day we are going to pay EMI’s to these companies irrespective of the legal opinions of the builder/Loan Approving authorities in case if the titles are not clear.
