BEML Layout Sarjapor – Attibele Road

Hi Harsha,

We would like to seek your suggestion on BMRDA layout plots in Sarjapur – Attibele road. Is it work investing here around 1050/sqft North Facing? this is purely investment standpoint in a 5 years horizon..what is the development in this area apart from Infosys new campus news (offcourse this never confirmed). Interestingly we did not find any of thier website or site map/layout map etc in the web ..but understood that this is started in 2006 and now 2nd/3rd sale is going on.

This layout is now being partially controlled by BEST city,correct record of owners are NOT being shown,some illegal land grabbing has also taken place specially incase of original owners from BEML.Some legal problems are there so avoid till all cases are settled.

Hi colsharmahc, could you please elaborate bit what sort of legal issues there? do you think its okay if we have the proper documentation?
