I recently came across the same project.  From another post in this site,  it looks like the project was launched sometime in Jan ‘2012.  In the last Eight months, they seem to have completed only the Basement Slab. I hope they would not have started work without approvals in place.  Does anyone have any update / news to share on this project ?.  I am planning to visit the site sometime next week.
