I heard of this project from my friends who have already invested in it.
Project Name: VSR Rejoice
Developer : Vedha Bhoomi Heights
Location : Adjacent to Nagarjuna Engineering College, NH4, Devanahalli taluk.
Features : 220 Acre town-ship with plots, villas with all standard amenities. Promising International School, Hospital, Co-op shopping mall, Resort, Temple…etc
They are saying it is in very close proximity to proposed ITIR, HW Park, Aviation Park, proposes SEZ…etc
Price they are quoting at 1050/- psft (negotiable). I am not sure how are they finalizing land price.

It seems too costly , LG Developers is quoting around 700 RS , same place , also there are others who if you a little right or left of the main road and little inside will quote 350 RS and 400 RS
