Today, I got a call from HDFC agent who is helping me to get the loan . When I enquired about Mera homes, she couldnt find in her database whereas Mera has told me that they have loan approved by HDFC etc. Not sure whether it will take sometime to reflect in the HDFC bank database but I was quite surprised.

Hi NIlabja infact i tried getting some info for thier promoters and it seems that they are reluctant, the rpomoters are MRKR industries based in hyderabad and this is thier first project in hyderabad thus they dont have any credentials to support them ,Crisil has recently downgraded thier promoters to unstable in lack of funds etc .

have been to the site the progress shown at the site for work in progress is actually work done by the previous builder who sold off this project to mrkr industries .that project was started in 2007 names amshri pearls and they are continuing on the same structure which also seems rusted at some places as informed by my friend . please do let me know if you have any other details on this  or any info on the project from banks etc

hi, we had been to this property site..and it looks promising considering all facts…the property is now being built by MRKR builders since they’ve bought it fro Amsri. . the model flat was good.the plans are impressive too. seems like all approvals are done. anybody plan to buy here pls respond..we might get a good deal for a group buy.Hd done some research work on mrkr and satisfied wth it too.

hi…i have already booked a 2 bhk. we got their land title documents checked by a lawyer and they are clean. project looks quite promising and the mock-up flat was quite impressively done. we found it better than Nitesh forest hills which is just across the road. And yes their approval from HDFC is pending but I have spoken to HDFC people and they assured that it will be done in some time.

Hi I want to join this group

can anyone clarify how many apartments they are coming with …their add in newspaper says 476 , their email flyer says 460 and their website says 472.

Which is the correct number …I am too confused with this builder and the way they respond to customer queries and don’t have any credibility in the market yet ?

Hope they don’t build more then they are approved of and later have problems in getting completion certificate etc .

I have booked a 3BHK  flat in mera homes and got all documents related for the loan approval.

All documents are correct. I have got the valuation done and lawyer has given a go ahead. Loan is approved by SBI.

Property is worth to buy and the marketing team is indeed very helpful.

There are 460 flats in total (2 BHK & 3 BHK) and some 16 penthouses.

The builder is approved by BDA and they will give you the BDA approval certificate copy which is required for loan process and moreover nationalised Bank like SBI has approved the property.

thanks ankush…can you clarify how the figure of 460 is reached.Correct me on below :

what i understand is each floor has 4 appts and top floor has 2 pent house.

so G+14 floors with 14th being a pent house.

(G+13) x 4 = 56

No of buildings 8

total appts 56x 8 = 448

pent house 2 on each floor 2x 8 =16

total including pent house 448+16 = 464
