We are planning to book an apartment in” Aadithya soigne” near BEML Kalyanamandira
new Tippasandara Bangalore.They say it is investers share.What does that mean.?Is it resale ?
will the property be registered in our name?I would like to know about this .Is the builder & property
without any issues .How is the quality of construction.I would like to get some inputs before finalising
on the project.

Investors share simply means, its a resale property, but here the property is not registered in the owners name. You make an assignment agreement with the builders NOC and register the property on your name.
Construction quality is pretty decent, I have booked one at Adithya Soigne.
