This is regarding NRI Delonix City project by Tekton estates near Hoskote-Malur road, Bangalore.

We have seen the site, it is under developed and yet to be BMRDA approved.

Will it be a good decision to go for it?

Our budget is around 15 lac.

Can you suggest any project near KR puram, Budigere cross, Hoskote, Whitefield?
