Hi Arshad, We are one of the late buyers at Nakshatra Villa, with regards to the builders they are young builders, they have done few other project in past but are apartments with just OK kind of quality,  Nakshatra project is to get in high end homes , to me it sounded convincing ,over all SO FAR … good guys to deal with,  they have also shown good progress on the ground , I guess that’s more important , all most all the big builders in Bangalore never ever deliver project on time and i am hopeful these guys will deliver the project by next year as promised.

I would still suggest you to find about them from your sources and then make a buying  decision  also engage a lawyer to verify the papers.

With regards to sale I guess they have left with 7 or 9 units….. and wants to sell on completion.
