Are they not collecting deposit for Cauvery water connection? Any info that you have in this context?

when i checked with their marketing guy, then he told that this area is covered under Cauvery Phase2 Stage4, but i don’t remember what exactly he committed about it for this project.

from the price sheet it seems that they are not collecting charges for the BWSSB, need to clarify.

Yes- they are not collecting charges for BWSSB though he told me that internally pipeline connections will be made  so that in future when it is ready  they can get a connection

I have booked a 3 BHK in this project   as this was one of the affordable project  around this location and given its close proximity to upcoming metro station and with other projects coming nearby – hoping to be a good place to live in 2 years

We have also blocked a 3BHK apartment. Going through legal process. Have you completed agreement? Which block have you booked in?

what was the price offered. Are these negotaible. Also have u done booking agreement and legal verification

I think the current rate is 3700 or 3725.. Not sure though. This project is expected to be completed by Dec’14 with a 4 month grace period. Legal verification and agreement still pending.

Sumadhura Srinivasam is a great place to live in. My brother lives there, and it’s awesome. The location, the ambiance are excellent there. I wish I could have got a place there.
