The question, i have is how much trust i can put on the builder about the completion of the project. Please let me know your thoughts. If you have more information about the builder,please share

I would recommend not to book your flat in SS Felecity Holmes. I made the mistake of booking it here.
Their customer service is too bad. They dont have the professionalism. They are like bunch of maggots trying out real estate for the first time.
For the same flat, they have multiple guys selling at different prices. I purchased my flat 6 months back from a guy called Raja for a price of 2850/sq.ft . I referred my friend abt this flat and he purchased it 2 months back from a guy called Somashekar for a price of 2750/sq.ft. Yes, 100 rupees less than my flat price. For the same flat, they have multiple sales person selling at different prices.
The progress is too slow. Initially, they said the flat will be completed by March. Now, they are saying it will be done in July and i highly doubt it.
Also regarding the amenities, they dont have a clear cut plan of what and where the amenities will be done. If you ask them, they ll say that once the construction of flat is over, we ll find place to put the amenity (what kind of answer is that from a builder).
Overall, my experience is bad with them. I would request you guys to think twice before booking a flat here.

I have booked apartment in ss felicity homes. One of the worst apartment. While starting everything gone well. But now they are not giving respect to our words.

Already grace period has started but still they haven’t completed one block.

even i have visited more than 20 apartments but nowhere i have seen like this. Quality of the work is tooo bad.

Door beam and all if u see upside the width is more downside the width is less. Like this, there are so many issues.

If u complaint anything there is no response at all (Raja is person managing, till he get money from us he was talking like honey. Now he is not ready to talk to us)

So whoever is planning to book there, think twice before booking?

This is the first apartment for this builders in Bangalore, but they are not good at all.

Even, I have booked a apartment in SS Felicity homes.  Would be even get ‘A’ Khata?  There seems to be a huge deviation in the plan.  There is hardly any progress in last 6-8 month. They just give normal excuses like lorry driver strike, laborer strike , unavailability of tiles etc.

It was big mistake to buy this flat. I would not recommend to anybody.  Not just twice , think 10 times before going for it.

I can see at-least 5-6 guys who have booked in this apartment. Can we form a  group and meet the builder one day?  They don’t have seem to have any plans at all for amenities.

block, rise & house facing direction matters. May be that is why you and your friend got difference price. What is your and your friends block no./flat no. /facing direction is?
