I want to buy a plot in a gated layout near yelahanaka ( Planning to build a house in next 4-5 years). The price should be around 1500/psft.It should be safe from any mafia encroachment(I suppose the safety increases if it is inside a gated community).Please suggest some existing or upcoming layouts in that area.
