WHere is this Reliable Gardenia located? I tried searching but I could not get .. Is it the gates coomunity in the Harlur road ? 2 to 3 km away from Sobha Cinnamon?

It’s 2km from LGCL bamboo forest. They have proposed plots and apartments in 35 acres of land. 10 acres of land for apartment which is JV between reliaable and SJR. The amenities are common for both apt and plots. price is @ Rs 2850 and most of the sites have been sold as per the them. Only west facing and corner sites were available out of 76 sites.

I am also planning to buy a plot in reliable gardenia. Please let me know if someone buy the property in this project.

Is the BDA approval already in place as they advertise?

i enquired and they are asking for booking amount of 5 lac before  giving papers for legal opinion. So i am in doubt.

Has anyone done legal and found it ok?

I am planning to buy site in reliable gardenia project. He is asking 3300/- per sqft. Is there any problem with the developer now? I have seen some of the old project of reliable they are not in good shape now but reliable Lifestyle is in a very good shape. Please help me in taking decision.
