Any feedback on Maangalya Prosper? (Off Kanakpura Road)

I want to know how well the area is connected.
Also if there are enough amenities (shops, hospitals etc close by)

Please help!

Nothing close by at this point of time. It is kind of remote if you see today.

It should develop in future as it is surrounded by BDA layout

I have been to Maagalya Prosper site couple of times. Currently nothing seems to be around that but I hope it will develop as its BDA approved. Can any buyer tell me at what rate he/she booked an apartment in Maangalya?
