The project location of BM Homes is good but they are not providing commencement or occupancy certificate. If you have seen their BBMP approved plan then it is not at all similar to what they are building. This may cause problems in future and they will not be able to provide ‘A’ Khata for the flats and whole building will be officially an illegal structure. So in future if the residents want to get it legalized then they will have to give money from their own pocket (which should be around 2-3 lakhs or more I guess) as the builder will definitely won’t do anything after the building finishes are the residents register their flats. This is the reason SBI or HDFC has not and will never approve this project.

we hav booked the Flat.Initially they assured of getting SBI approvals but now they are insisting us to go with LIC

The builder should give in writing  now itself by saying he will be paying all the Legal charges for regularising BM Homes for the deviations towards the setback and Extra Floor which he is planning. OR else he should declare in agreement saying he is taking the ownership for getting Occupancy Certificate within the reasonable give period (Ex: by Mid 2014)

even i have booked flat in BM Homes thubarahalli, i am confused whether to go head ot drop.

Different peoples are giving different opinions…

i suprised to hear that they have only 10 yrs docuements, insteas we should atleast have 30 to 40 yrs documenmts regaring the land.

Their construction is different as per the plan and so on and so fourth..

I am new to Bangalore, recently I came across a Project by BM Developers – Magnolia (2km from Mayura bakery) in Whitefield.

Could anyone suggest if its fine to buy a property with these developers, I read through earlier posts and the indication is not positive.
