hi , about sjr crystal cove, it makes a lovely home. but recently i went for a site visit , i came to know that they have severe water problems and in previous reviews i read that the prices will come up in a year. sadly not for this project it will not happen in another three years.main reason is the approach village  will not allow any such development. the alternative rd is too far.its a good buy for 1.5 cr . not more than that.
