Property in Krishna Shelton

Hi

I am looking at buying a 3BHK apartment at Krishna Shelton near Bagalur cross.

Most of the houses seem to be sold out but I cannot find any reviews so far on this builder or on the project. Does anyone have any inputs or opinions about this project?

Hi Janani

4 of us have purchased apartment at Shelton.  I think they are left with 4-5 3bhk, rest all is sold out.

I did lot of research before buying.  You could contact me if you have any specific question.

whats the availability and price at the moment? what development are happening surrounding this project? What’s the potential of bagalur main road in the next 1-2 years?

Bought a flat in A block of Krishna Shelton and possession was committed by November 2014 but even after one year possession is not given nor the builder is ready to penalty as per the contract. They are using Force majeure as a reason to not pay penalty. My email address is
