I have booked a flat in this project after inquiring with the owners of the old projects. Every one gave positive feedback about the builder.  Have u booked in this or yet to decide?

I went there the other day and today as well. I stay close-by to that place. I discussed in length, and met the owner as well. All seem genuine. You can go for it, at least from my side. I am almost finalized booking a unit there.

All the spec looks good regarding Janhavi Enclave. Lot of apartments are available for sale inspite of project starting 2 years back.

I was looking for a 3 bhk in Janhavi Enclave and came to know that there are some units available. Could someone tell me about the construction quality and if everything is (legal) clear with the apartment. It was completed in 2015 so I guess the current owners have already received OC.
