Rate per sqft around blujay sunshine hills

It is stated that there are nearby layouts who are offering Rs1200/- per sqft;can you throw more light

on this stating specifically some of the layouts ans whether these are also BMRDA approved.

After this only a comparison can be made even though prima facie the price of Blujay appears to be

higher

Hi I visited there and even felt the prices are very high.

They are not justifiable and over priced.

I visted on 8th Dec 12 ,and the price they qouted was 2800 /sqfht for east facing  else it is 2700.

Ufff too high. the location of the projects is too much to the interiors and connectivity point of view i ws not satisafed.

The concept is good undoubtedly ,but the prices are high.

I just did a comparision,a 3 -40 plot would cost 33lakhs, where as the same vud cost 48 lakh in a similar sort of gated community-Vakil garden city which is already devleoped and livable.there are neraly 100 villas built.

I am too confused whether to go or not for this project. For Rs 2000 its a gud deal. If  any of u have visited this ,please do share ur thoughts and the price they quoted.
