I have just booked 3bhk in Prestige Tranquility , wanted to understand that whether after giving 8.5 lakhs as booking amount to Abbas ( marketing guy ) , they just handover a temporary receipt & then they hand over allotment letter & pakka receipt after money is realized from bank ?

This situation is creating lot of hiccups , thought to confirm from you
