I have booked the villa over there. I am not sure about E-city connectivity, but connectivity to Whitefield is ok and only the problem is the Sarjapur village road. There are lots of other villa projects and layouts coming in this area. I think in the span of next 2-3 years of time, the complete area might get changed

I liked the architecture and wanted to know of other apartments that suited my budget and the amenities I was looking for. So I bought artha Gempark which actually suited me and which I had searched for 6 to 7 months. I went to two different builders. And price wise and the quality offered by artha was amazing. So I booked the flat here.
