plot in North Park Prashanti group

hi, i was planning to buy a plot in Narendra Krishna Enclave but they are quoting 1300 rs/sq ft

i thnk thts too high. so i m thnkg abt North Park.

Does anyone has the idea abt the location or how much they are quoting at present. builder told me 750/ sq ft but for the location its high.

pls suggest.

I bought a plot in Narendra Krishna enclave just last week. I think the price of Rs. 1300/- is ok considering the surya city in the neighborhood and other ameneties. I really liked the layout and the way it is maintained despite being a old one.
