I made a site visit few weeks back.

Only issue i see  is the connectivity from ORR to Areva via Panathur. Road gets very narrow under the railway bridge.   However the marketing guys keeps assuring that as per the CDP plan, it is going to become a 60 ft wide road.  It is around 3 kms to Varthur police station.

At this point of time there is not much development around the Areva site. According to Areva guys,   some of the major players like Sobha, Nitesh has bought large tracts of land around, which may push the development in this area.

Proximity to IT parks on ORR and Whitefield (around 9 kms through Varthur)  seems to be good.

Heard that they are launching the project sometime in January 2013, and completing it by Aug 2014.

Dont know much about the builder. Let me know if you find any more information about the builder, construction quality etc.

Thanks for your note. Yes, i also visited their currently completed project: Palatial which they have done along with Adithya builders in Hebbal behind Manyata Tech park. It seemed good and i also discussed the construction quality, timeliness and all other aspects with the current flat owners there. They were happy. In fact one person was a senior manager in a bank and knew the managing partner of ATZ properties – Atique ahmed quite well.

Yes, the small stretch of connectivity near the railway underpass is narrow but then there is still plenty of time till the project completion and a lot of projects coming in the nearby areas like Skanda moksh and others you have mentioned above, since it is one of the few stretches around the Marathalli Sarjapur ORR where there is some free space.

The project offers very good amenities and the layout of the flats is great with good utilization of space. Connectivity on either side is also very good. The project is in Pre-launch stage right now as all the approvals will be coming by Jan’13. After going through the complete details, i have booked a 3BHK.

I was also planning to book a flat in Areva but i am not assure whether this Road is going to be wide in future or not. because near Railway track it passes through kind of village and narrow as well.

I see the project still in pre-launch status. Has this project got required approvals? I see few people have posted message saying that they have booked apartment.  Can any of you please tell me when this project is going to be started and when is the possession data.

I can see this project in pre launch state from last 3 years, how can we trust that it’s not gonna be in same state. They are offering a very competitive price to grab the innocent buyers .

I am also intrested in this project but until and unless it starts we can’t say anything. They have one more project called Estrella that has the same story.
