We are planning to buy site which is developed and maintained by developer near electronic city. but they say that they dont have any empty sites in phase 1 but they can sell site from phase 2 which is not yet released by BMRDA. but he guarentee lower rates and approval by may next year. we liked the site, locality and also the developer seems to be reputed.

is it ok to purchase site which is not yet released? we would ahve to pay 5o% of amount now. so will there be risk of money. developer agreed for sale deed to be complted now.

need your valuable suggestions sir!

Are you sure that sites are BMRDA, as mostly sites around e-city are panchyat approved. Appreciate if u can tell me the venture name.

Thanks sir for your reply.

I really dont want to name out the developer but to be more precise this residential area is located near Neralur Village, Hosur Road, near elec city. He has mentioned that phase 2 is not released by BMRDA yet but this is DC converted and it would be couple of months that phase 2 will be approved.

We understand very less in these terms, so please help us out!
