I think they are quoting about 3900. Their construction is excellent and also the location is really good, unlike many other projects, Meadows is on the left side of the project (not on the railway line side) and closer to Bellary road. So you get better appreciation. Also, close to good schools like Mallya Adithi and many others. It is a happening place. If it is with home loan better option is to go for ready to move in like this. I have also seen this property. I didnt like the quality of construction, it was ok types. Also, i didnt like its model flat. But yes the advantage is that its ready to move in and Phase II will also get ready soon.
