So far haven’t got any concrete information. Did u get any further information?
To me the project looks good for 3200 per SF but i am not very sure how good has been Souparnika builders

I bought a flat at Sowparnika Saikrishna by the same builder and I am facing lot of issue with this builder. Our project is delayed by more than a year. It’s true that they have handed over the possession of our flats in the month of June 2012, but they have not completed the project completely. The parking is not yet allocated. GYM, Clubhouse are still pending. Lot of work in the common area are pending. If we contact the builder with our issues, they don’t even bother to reply to your emails. If you go in person to their office, they will give some useless execuse. The quality of Lift is horrible for us. It works for 2 days and stops for the next 2 days. Even the water which we get in flush in our toilets from STP is stinking and too dirty. These issues are pending from more than 4 months from now.
My personal suggestion would be to go for some other builder. The worst thing about Sowparnika Builders is they are very poor in communication and sometimes make you feel that they are least bothered about their customers.

I bought a flat in Sowpanika Chandrakantha ph2, after the purchase during possession he is asking the owners to share amenities with phase1 which has added lots of complexity.
1) STP capacity doesnt support phase 1 and phase 2.
2) Builder encourages multiple associations within one society which has added tremendous complexity and problems within one society. He is doing this separation to divert the owners focus.
3) Lift quality is very poor
4) Lots of issues in allotting parking.
5) No proper borewells prepared.
6) No Proper handover of documents.
Overall this builder sucks. We are really worried about this after buying property here.
Still only one month left from this builder for his maintenance to get over. But STP is not functioning properly, He is forcing multiple owners to form separate association for two blocks in one project. This is the escape route he is creating just not to spend money on upgrading STP and fixing all our issues.
