Want to buy a flat in Nitesh flushing meadows

Hi,
I want to buy a a flat in Nitesh flushing meadows.
I heard that there are some legal issues in the project for which the construction work stopped for some time. Is it true?
Also when is the possession date. As per the seller, the possession will be on july 2013.
Waiting for some valuable inputs.

Hi,

There are no legal issues with Nitesh Flushing Meadows as i have already checked it thoroughly for my brother , yes the construction is slow which is the scenario for most of the big builders in Bangalore city…There is a huge cash crunch for most of these big builders to complete the project on time….The completion date of the project is by Sep 2013 with the grace period..I think people interested  should go ahead…

Debasish Deb. I am in the process of buying a resale property in flushing meadows. I am getting it around 3650 per sqft.

I just got the brochure and availability from their marketing team stating there are on 12 flats available. They are quoting at 4000 per sqft and the total amount is coming to 85L which is very steep…

Is the one you are getting a 2BHK and is it a distress sale. Also, what is the all inclusive cost of the flat?

Am planning to go for a look tomorrow.

Hi,

Even I’m interested in Nitesh Flushing meadows but have some doubts.

1) This project has been going around for years. How can we be assured that it will be completed in this year 2013.

2) I was negotiating for a resale 2BHK in Forest Hill(1301 sqft.) and it was costing around 60 + regn. The deal didn’t go through.  How is it is possible that resale apartment in the same complex is not fetching higher returns than under construction property.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am buying a 3 bhk. Yes from a person who bought it for investment purpose and need of money. mb123, these days it is very common to have a delay of 1 years, some times more. Though the builder is claiming to complete the project in July, I am sure it will stretch for another 3 months minimum. I think the value of the property will go up once more people starts living in that area. And if I compare the Nitesh forest hills, flushing meadows flats have better ventilation.
