I have gone through Vivek marvel project which is near to Jakkur Lake, Yelehanka. The proximity of project is wonder fully. There are lot of project coming near by like centtury Blize.. It’s ready to occupy and they are quting around 2700/sqft. As per the market rate it seems very low as century blize is asking for 4200/sqft. What’s is the reason for less charge ? Pl provide review of this project. I am really looking for finalizing of it.
